Yes! There are several ways to access articles from the New York Times. Susquehanna students, staff, and faculty can create a free Times account and search nytimes.com
You can also access the New York Times digital archive via ProQuest (1851-2020) here.
Finally, back issues of the Times are located in the Microfilm section of the library, located in the basement. Library staff are available to assist you in finding and viewing the article/issue that you need.
